Job description
Responsibilities

l Develop and implement quality assurance programs on Telemarketing to ensure full compliance with the Bank’s guidelines and external regulatory requirements

l Formulate and execute quality assurance framework/initiatives on internal processes to strengthen risk control

l Manage country and regional projects and initiatives on operational risk management and regulatory compliance

l Instill the culture of compliance and control to staff through planning and supporting compliance trainings and communications

Requirements

l Degree holder in Business Administration, Risk Management or related discipline

l Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking/financial industry

l Sound knowledge of consumer banking business and operations

l Detail-minded with strong risk control sense, leadership and project management skills
