Job description
Requirements:
University with 5 years experience in managing position within Operations and Administrateive Processes.
Global experience with LEAN.Special Skills: Excellent communication, team work, proactive approach, decision-making, project management, focus on target, coaching & leading, positive thinking, ability to act as informal leader and influence leaders and employees and change agent.
Experience working with productivity improvements and cost reduction projects.
Experience facilitating leadership teams in developing long term strategies and business plans across functional areas.
Experience in project management and business development project portfolio governance.
English: Fluent

Main Tasks regarding work title:
Coach and facilitate waste reduction projects in order to achieve committed savings and realize identified opportunities for improvement. Coach and build capabilities of project teams involved in successful implementation of LEAN projects.

Build an improvement culture and implement a continuous improvement mindset in processes and people in the Asia Procurement organization.
Critical to collaborate with the management of key suppliers to Implement to LEAN production processes, mindset and culture at key Asian suppliers.
Report relevant KPIs.
Coach the GM and the LT on applying LEAN principles in the organisation
Lead LEAN projects and project teams
Decision making regarding waste elimination in all processes and implementation of 5S thinking.
Collaborate with gloabl LEGO Continuous Improvement collegaues to set and execute a common direction with LCI.
Determine LEGO Continuous Improvement tactics for Asia Procurement in line with the LEGO strategy and Business Plans.
Implement simple, effective and value added processes.
Establish LEAN behaviours
Lead continuous improvement activities
Establish and sustain employee suggestion program
Identify and eliminate major constrains in projects and others activities
Facilitate and coach the leadership team in development of long term business strategies and business plans across functional areas.
Facilitate and coach the leadership team in securing project governance and project portfolio

Special Tasks:

Coach the Asia Procurement team on compliance with the principles of environmental protection and safety across the whole team. Responsibility to actively promote the principles of environmental protection and work safety.
To apply and comply with the principles of environmental protection and safety, as stated in documentation IMS (internal guidelines and work instructions) and checks their compliance with the department.

Decision-Making Authority:

Define LEAN/LCI strategy for the Asia Procurement offices and how LCI should be implemented at suppliers.
Outline process for developing and revising the Asia Procurement long term business strategy and business plan.
To alert supervisors to any non-compliance with the principles of environmental protection and work safety.
