Engineering Director - Electric Power Steering - Johnson Electric - Hong Kong

Job description
The individual to be assigned to this position will be responsible for leading and managing several engineering teams of the Business Unit, and will spearhead the Electric Power Steering (EPS) function.

Manage and lead the teams on EPS motor technology, including product improvement and new motor design & development.
Support the business unit to define mid to long-range product design direction and capture new business opportunities
Provide staff management and coaching to engineers on technical issues and continuous improvement


Desired Skills and Experience
Possess strong leadership, relevant and practical engineering knowledge, with a proven track record for timely project delivery, cost control and customer satisfaction
Minimum 10 years’ relevant work experience obtained from established companies in automotive industry, preferably with international customers portfolio
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
