We are now urgently looking for an experienced Business Director to join our team!

Key Responsibilities
Helps identify and win new business
Embodies Brand Stewardship in all that he/she does
Leads the team for short-term results and long term development
Provides communications counsel and strategic advice to each Client

Develops strong relations with senior Clients and delights them with our work
Supervises & constructively directs the team to produce clear strategies and briefs which inspire great work
Delivers long term Brand-building campaigns
Develops the professional competencies of people in the group and drives the team to improve performance
Coaches best practice in client service to the group
Works with creative partners to produce great work, and sells it
Encourages a climate of creativity and innovation in the group
Identifies and puts in place new ways of working that allows the group to deliver quality work more effectively
Raises the profile of consultancy in professional & client communities
Sets the example and builds great morale in the group

Required Skills
Enhances and builds relationships with Clients’ senior management
Defines the Company’s standards in all areas influencing Client’s business results
Actively develops high potential employees for future leadership positions
Defines the Company’s culture and cultivates understanding with all departments
Possesses an entrepreneurial approach to apply to future agency business opportunities
Actively participants in effective recruiting of key personnel at all levels
Works to grow Ogilvy’s Brand – creatively, strategically and financially
Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese is a must
