The Global Corporate Payments Team offers a number of B2B, Purchasing and Travel card solutions to Corporate and Business customers to support their needs. As Head of Acquisition for the Global Corporate Payments Team, this role is responsible for leading and coaching the Large Market Acquisition team to achieve targets and deliver a superior customer experience. This role is responsible for leading a field based sales team in a B2B sales environment, prospecting and closing a variety of large market profile customers with a commercial card proposition. The ability to lead and coach throughout the sales cycle, along with the ability to strategize to achieve results will be a crucial part of the role. As the market leader in corporate payment solutions, this role is critical to driving continued growth in this category.

Qualifications
Strong sales leadership and B2B sales experience at C level, preferably in the financial services industry or payments space
Proven record of coaching and employee development
Ability to think strategically and influence change
Strong financial acumen and numeracy
Ability to attract and inspire talent
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Tertiary qualifications
Successful experience in a results driven culture
