Job Description
We are currently looking for a Professional Services (PS) Hong Kong Country Manager.
As Country Manager, you will have full exposure to the most advaned services and grow the PS business. You will be reporting directly to the Director of APAC Professional Services.
This is a senior lead role responsible for all Professional Services’ activities associated to the region, including growth of service.You will take full ownership over their business including revenue, P&L, and staff management. You will be responsible for managing the end to end cycle of engagements, including quality of proposal / deliverable, resource management, and financials.
This role involves overseeing and managing a variety of functions within the Professional Services organisation, including:
The growth of PS services, including revenue (new business); processes and functions to enhance the delivery of service
The management and mentoring of PS staff including assisting in their professional and personal development
Ensuring the highest quality of consulting service
Close communication / liaison with other parts of the organisation to share / impart knowledge of service and processes
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
Industry certification in relevant discipline
Experience running a professional services business of yearly revenue 2M USD+
15+ Years in business experience in IT and cloud services, information security or Risk Management (GRC) consulting
5+ Years of management in a consulting environment
5+ Years of team development and leadership
Strong business development capability
Strong project management background
Excellent leadership, customer service and organisational skills
Strong entrepreneurial skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong ability to grow the consulting practice and associated services
Ability to manage and develop diverse teams of professionals
