HSBC Wealth Management leads the Asia-Pacific implementation of our global strategy to deliver world-class solutions to retail and private clients seeking to grow, protect, preserve or transfer their wealth. This involves the development and management of needs-based solutions covering foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable market insights and updates, financial planning and advisory services.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Premier Relationship Manager
In this role, you will
Develop our customer business and establish long-term relationships by managing an assigned Premier clientele portfolio
Manage the total wealth of your clients by matching our financial and investment product solutions to their needs
Proactively promote our Premier service to potential customers, explore their needs and make referrals to other business units where appropriate
Support branch improvement initiatives, provide customer feedback of our service and sales offering and ensure compliance with statutory / audit requirements and sales quality assurance
Desired Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements
University-level education, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline
Solid financial sales and service experience, in particular selling insurance and investment
Good knowledge of all wealth management products and services
Relevant insurance, investment and MPF (Mandatory Provident Fund) licenses required.
CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFMP (Certified Financial Marketing Planner) accreditation or other relevant qualification an advantage
Mature mindset with a strong commercial orientation
Good numeric and computer literacy
Independent, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
Fluency in English and Cantonese, with Putonghua preferred
