Director - C&B - Fossil Group - Hong Kong


Job description
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources – Asia Pacific and leading a small team at the regional level and local C&B Managers in the markets, the incumbent will implement, monitor and contribute to the development and review of compensation & benefits policies/programs and to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, compliance with legislative requirements, and consistent application throughout the company across the region.

Duties and Responsibilities
Implement, monitor and review compensation and salary administration programs, such as job grading, annual salary review, retail commission scheme, insurance scheme, performance bonus, LTIP.

Administer annual salary review, commission scheme, performance bonus, balance score card and LTIP.
Establish and maintain comprehensive benefit programs (such as such as retirement, health, group life and personal accident insurance schemes, tax effective scheme, expatriate benefits) to ensure competitive and adequate programs are offered to employees at cost effective way and manage the administration of the programs.
Develop and review compensation & benefits policies to meet business requirements and to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
Work with and provide advice to business HR and line managers regarding all compensation and benefits issues to assure complying with Group and labor regulatory requirements.
Conduct and participate in various salary surveys, including data preparation, job matching, and analysis of survey findings to ensure company's market competitiveness.
Provide market benchmark data and make salary recommendations for new hired positions and promotions to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in sizable MNC with proven solid working experience in C&B while 3 years should be in a supervisory role. Exposure in developing and administering a retail commission scheme on a regional basis would be essential to the success of the role.
Good project management skills, strong numerical sense and analytical ability.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with different levels of staff.
Solid experience in designing and managing bonus schemes, salary structure/grading, retail commission scheme and performance management programs.
High level of self initiative and a passion to work in a fast-paced environment.
Tactful, mature, customer-oriented, able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
