Result Areas:
> This is an Asia regional office role providing actuarial oversight and guidance for Asia business unit including the following areas

o IFRS valuation assumption and reporting

o USGAAP valuation assumption and reporting

o Earnings analysis

o Experience study

>Support Asia business units CFO’s and Chief Actuaries, provide value-added services to the business units

>Provide actuarial project support to regional and business unit’s initiative

Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications:

> Degree holder

> Qualified actuary or close to qualified actuaried.

> Depending on the position, 7 years’ relevant experience in insurance industry would be considered.

> Solid work experience in valuation and reporting is an asset.

> Strong analytical, problem solving skills and critical thinking

> Well-organized, independent, and self-initiated

> Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

>Good communication and influential skills

> Proficiency in actuarial software is an asset

>Effective command of English, both spoken and written
