Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES

Hires, trains, develops, and manages a direct sales organization capable of producing financial and growth objectives defined in annual and long-range strategic plans
Participates in management and planning processes designed to develop long-range strategies, annual objectives, tactics, and operating plans
Develops and cultivates relationships with all major accounts
Generates, communicates, secures approvals, implements and administers sales policies for the assigned sales channel

Communicates to executives and management team pertinent information relating to status, strategy, tactics, problems, and plans
Prepares booking, revenue, margin and net profit forecasts and the annual sales plan
Develops strategies for key accounts with managers and senior salespeople
Manages programs, which will identify and develop new markets for the companies products and services

Desired Skills and Experience
REQUIREMENTS

Master degree with major in engineering / business related; MBA preferred
At least 15 years of experience in data centre business and track record in creating new business opportunities, with 5 years experience running P&L with solid performance
Strong strategic thinking ability and leadership skills to bring the business to the next level of success
Proficient in MS office
Excellent presentation & communication skills
Good command in English, Cantonese & Putonghua
