Director - Operations - Artyzen Hospitality Group - Hong Kong

Job description
As part of the core team, you will set the brand standards for our various brands including both luxury and limited service. You will also work closely with technical services team and contribute to the design of our properties, and subsequently preparing and overseeing the opening of these properties. In order to achieve efficiency, you will identify and evaluate external service providers for outsourcing some parts of the hotel operations. General managers of these properties will operationally report to you.


Desired Skills and Experience
The candidates should satisfy the following requirements:-
relevant experience as a General Manager of a hotel in Asia and Europe;
hotel opening experience as either Director of Food and Beverage or Director of Rooms in the past;
worked for companies known for innovation and creativity;
demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking and advocate for high operational standards;
has an operational background in both Rooms/Housekeeping and Food and Beverage and is excited about developing and setting up new operational concepts;
operational experience in both Europe and Asia;
is culturally astute, highly adaptable and technology driven;
is entrepreneurial and understands the challenges and opportunities associated with a new company;
is excited about work with our team on the various brands we are launching from limited service to luxury brands;
is creative, a conceptual thinker and is able to develop and implement operational concepts and service sequences, supported by technology applications.
