Job Description
This role will be responsible for the expansion of the Group’s market share by performing all business development activities, specifically in bringing in new businesses for the following 3 Service Lines:
Corporate Secretarial;
Accounting & Tax;
HR & Payroll



Key Responsibilities:
Identify and optimize opportunities for business growth and development within the relevant business lines in Hong Kong to ensure continued success and expansion of the business
Develop and maintain a network of intermediary relationships, including tax and legal advisory firms, accountants, banks and asset managers.
Represent and participate, including speaking at industry events in Hong Kong;
Keep track of new legal and fiscal developments and translate this into opportunities for the business
Work closely with service delivery teams to ensure we are offering best in market and a complete range of services
Work with Director of client services to develop existing client relationships;
Develop proposals that address clients’ needs, concerns and objectives;
Contribute to marketing and thought leadership activities
Provide market feedback regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate development ideas;
Work closely with onboarding team to ensure that the process is seamless and efficient

Desired Skills and Experience
Degree in business, accounting or law, with Sales experience
Preferably a minimum of 12-15 years of relevant working experience in a commercial environment;
Extensive network with leading banks, accounting and law firms in Hong Kong;
Able to build and retain strong client and feeder relationships;
Ability to solution sell
Knowledge of international finance and capital markets
Entrepreneurial business focus;
Have excellent negotiation skills;
Fluency in English is essential, Cantonese and Mandarin advantageous;
Moves quickly to take advantage of commercial opportunities.
