Vice President - Learning Manager - Compliance - Bank of America - Hong Kong

Job description


Supports development and maintenance of compliance learning programs

Consults with SMEs to understand learning needs and determine effective learning solutions that address knowledge requirements or gaps in the target audience for both compliance and regulatory training
Partners with instructional designers or external vendors to design, build, implement, assess, and maintain compliance learning programs
Has overall responsibility for tracking project milestones and ensuring that programs rollout according to plan Serves as the key connection point between the SMEs and the Centralized Capabilities team in the U.S. during the design, development and implementation phases
Provides strong regional voice in respect of compliance related initiatives and processes, whilst providing an integrated approach to key global stakeholders
Coaches, develops & motivates team member to expand skill and knowledge set
Leads the learning consultant to deliver all BAU compliance & audit needs
As a member of the APAC Learning team, contributes and drives the direction of the function by demonstrating a keen sense of collective ownership for the team success Upholds the Bank’s risk management framework by ensuring that relevant risks are identified, debated, escalated and managed as appropriate

Desired Skills and Experience

Required Experience

Strong Consulting Experience- background in Human Resources, Learning & Development or Consultancy, experience with compliance & regulatory training will be an advantage
Project Management
People Management
Experience in managing multiple relationships with senior stakeholders in LOB/HR/Global
