Vice President - Project Execution - JP Morgan - Hong Kong


Job description
Responsibilities
Partner with Compliance SMEs and project managers to assist in the delivery and reporting of strategic business solutions encompassing process and technology enhancements within Asia Compliance
Facilitate, engage and act as liaisons with relevant stakeholders to define project scope, understand current processes and related technology, identify gaps and facilitate the development of solutions.
Hands on execution while partnering with users to ensure timely delivery of relevant Compliance initiatives according to prioritization of projects and resources agreed
Facilitate communication with other functions such as Legal/Technology/Line of business as appropriate, as it relates to relevant Compliance initiatives
Assist in communication plan to all stakeholders as appropriate to drive Compliance initiatives and implementation strategies



Qualifications
Minimum 7 years in Compliance/Control functions or within the financial services industry, preferably with 5+ years of project management experience
Experience in delivery of large complex global/regional projects ideally with experience working with technology and operations teams
Ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships with staff across business, technology and operations as well as across regions and lines of businesses
Experience with project management methodologies and tools
Detailed oriented and able to handle complexities
Proven solid skills in office documentation software and applications (MS project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Access; SharePoint is a plus)
