We Offer...

PB&WM APAC is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Front Service Manager with excellent client servicing and communication skills as the role faces off directly to Front Office staff and hence is pivotal in our service offering towards our clients. The Front Service Manager is at the intersection between the Front and the Back-office helping our clients to facilitate, coordinate and resolve enquiries, escalations and exceptions on processing related topics covering the Private Banking platform in APAC


Main responsibilities are:

Act as first level contact point to Front Office for Operations-related escalations and issues
Act as first level contact point to Front Office for PB Platform related workflow escalations and issues
Coordinate incidents affecting client reporting
Support to the continuous enhancement of the support model for internal & external clients
Provide Training to Front Office on changes and/or improvements triggered by projects
Conduct “walk the floors” regularly to build good rapport with Front Office


You Offer...
Diploma and/or equivalent advanced training (on-the-job and off-the-job
Several years’ experience in Private Banking Front Office and/or Operations processing area
Experience in client support paired with pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in providing training & supporting change management is an asset
Has a sound understanding of banking or private banking in general
Is structured and methodological in its work and has attention to detail
Is able to work independently in a dynamic environment. Takes ownership and provides guidance.
Is able to face off different seniority and expertise levels within the bank
