Mobile Partnerships Manager - Facebook - Hong Kong

Facebook is looking for a strategic and results-driven Manager of Mobile Partnerships to continue to drive growth and engagement through partnerships with leading mobile device manufacturers. You will help strengthen relationships with mobile device manufacturers and shape mutually beneficial programs with these partners. In addition, you will help define the future of our mobile products and work closely with the industry and our product management and engineering teams to identify partnership opportunities and drive these to fruition. This is a position based out of Hong Kong.

Responsibilities
Help drive Facebook’s growth and engagement through partnerships with leading mobile device manufacturers and other mobile ecosystem players
Foster win-win partnerships between Facebook and mobile device manufacturers globally
Work in a highly cross-functional environment to build end-to-end mobile programs that deploy our mobile services through partners -- from product conception to implementation to marketing/go-to-market plans to ensure the best product experience possible reaches the right users
Define market requirements, produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of product performance, aggregate feedback, explore new strategic opportunities, inform the product roadmap with enhanced or new functionality, and ensure Facebook’s mobile services are the best they can be country-by-country and globally
Execute in an intense, fast-paced, and highly iterative environment

Requirements

10+ years of experience, with a majority at a mobile device, platform and/or related companies are a must as are partner management experience together with international experience
Must have product, partnership, or technical experience in mobile companies or teams focused on mobile within web companies
Ability to define, develop and lead large programs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Hunger for challenge and opportunity, rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, demonstrated skill in requirements gathering, resource organization, and schedule development
Understanding of Facebook’s strategic and competitive position
Proven track record of organizational leadership
Creative, strategic thinker
Candidates must be fluent in Chinese and English
