The Aberdeen Marina Club, managed by Shangri-La International, is a prestigious private membership club, with 6 restaurants, a grand ballroom & 6 event venues, full sports and marina facilities.

Job Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee all the preventive and corrective maintenance of the Club facilities

Responsible for managing the Fire Life Safety System and Environment Management System, and ensuring the compliance of the legal requirements

Strategically plan the manpower and resources to accomplish all the projects and maintenance efficiently

Formulate strategies and drive for continuous improvement on engineering systems that leads to higher productivity and capability


Job Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or other related disciplines

Minimum 8 years’ experience in Engineering in which 3 years in managerial grade

Experience in hospitality industry is an advantage

Strong in leadership, project management and result-oriented

Good problem solving, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of English and Cantonese
