Job description
Formulate the direction and strategy plan on product R & D and technical service function aligned with business goals
provide technical advice and support to promote high quality and innovative product base on the needs of market
Analyze the needs of customer and evaluate technical solutions
Well collaborate and cooperate with relevant parties both local and international for R & D or cross functional projects
Lead and drive continuous improvements on product quality and differentiation
Manage and develop technical team for operating efficiently


Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
8-10 years’ experience in electronic, digital or smart product industry with 3-5 years holding a similar position
Strong leadership and project management skills
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, result-oriented and responsible
Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
Proven technical skills within the product area
Excellent command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
