Recruiter - APAC - Facebook - Hong Kong

Job description
Facebook is seeking an experienced recruiter to help drive growth in hiring in the broader Asia Pacific region. This is a contract role and is based in our Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities
Manage full cycle recruiting process (from sourcing to on-boarding) for multiple business groups ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Work with recruiting team members to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for multiple requisitions
Use competitive intelligence and industry knowledge to research and identify new recruiting channels
Collaborate with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals
Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
Maintain data and performance metrics on a regular basis

Requirements
5-10 years recruiting/management experience from a search firm or in-house recruiting team
Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
Ability to build a sourcing and recruiting strategy for a range of roles, levels, and functions
Passionate about Facebook product and able to speak to our technology/industry
Interest in contributing to the Facebook mission and goals
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
Willingness to lead, mentor, and support a recruitment team
