Business Development Director - Aspire - Hong Kong

Job description
Reporting directly to the Country Manager, Hong Kong and tasked with driving the growth of the business.
It will require:
-Ability to work and make decisions effectively as an individual.
-Desire to take on more responsibility including team management and budget handling
-Working closely with sales & marketing teams
-Creating and implementing new business development strategies.
-Ideas for partnering with businesses for the mutual benefit of both organisations
-Willingness to travel and immerse oneself in other cultures.
-Ability to prioritise, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure.
-Drive sales revenue and hit KPIs.


Desired Skills and Experience
Engaging in a business development role with previous experience of management
You must have:
-Fluency in both spoken and written English & Cantonese (Mandarin a strong bonus).
-Previous experience of directing and leading teams.
-Previous success, defined by results and recruitment of excellent new hires.
-Willingness to take on exciting new challenges and opportunities abroad.
-Self-motivated, creative and entrepreneurial spirit.
