Executive Director - Development - Schneider Electric - Hong Kong
Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Analyze the available data and translate them into usuable data
Use Compentency Gap input to define training needs
Assure that we track the participants data (career track, diversity, turnover etc)
Create ROI plan on the offer
2) Consults talent Management and Business Leaders on learning needs for leaders and managers.
Identify and work with stakeholders to define training needs
Analyze Leadership development trends in market and apply when relevant to Schneider offer
Develop a Executive Leadership plan to responds to business challenges
Propose the budget for deployment
3) Develop training offers
Benchmark Executive offers on the market
Create Curriculum
Build relevant content with experts
Drive the design with internal and / or external vendors
Propose innovative and best in class training with blended offer: seminar, instructor led, blended learning, expeditions etc
4) Learning deployment
Animate and educate the larger network of Talent managers who will be deploying the offer. They will be key partner to secure the experience and exposure of the Learning solution
Work closely with HR services team who will prepare the logistics of the delivery
Intergrate the offer in the Learning Link
5) On demand consultancy for HR EVP and HR SVP
Desired Skills and Experience
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES/EXPERIENCE
Fluent English (both spoken and written), other language is a plus
Bachelor degree holder; MBA is a plus.
Strong business partnering skills and business acumen to design development program that suits business needs at strategic level; Business experience is preferred
Ability to create and design new initiatives
Analytical skills and strategic thinking
Learning design experience
Influencing skills and project management experience in a matrix and complex organization
Exellent communication skills
