As our Software Director, you will lead a team of software engineering staffs for software development.

In your role as a Software Director, we will look to you to lead us in:
Define system configuration for new project;
Search hardware and software solution for new RFQ/platform project;
Define product specification with customer for new project;
Work on OS platform firmware (e.g. linux, RTOS, etc.);
Define and coordinate software design flow;
Define hardware and software simulation frame work;
Desired Skills and Experience
Degree holder in EE or related engineering discipline;
Fluency in English (oral and written) especially technical English;
10 years working experience in 16-bit, 32-bit CPU platform;
Familiar with contemporary hardware and software design
methodology;
Familiar with hardware solutions from different semiconductor
suppliers;
Independent with good analytical skills
Experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage
