Responsibilities
Management of pan-Asia Finance team responsible for assurance, reporting and FP&A activities- Decisions and guidance around sales, revenue and expenses likely to have a high financial impact- Business planning- Collective responsibility for team outputs, prioritizing activities and simplification of existing processes- Key contact for global Finance colleagues. Responsible for both representing Asia business and finance processes as well as implementing best practice processes back to the Asia team
- Compliance with accounting controls and auditors- Representing Finance in relevant steering groups and programs- Strong communication skills- Leadership and coaching activities across the Finance function
