Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies based on business objective and approach
• With insight of HK/Macau consumers, and media landscape, lead agency for overall media plan development and on –going monitoring and adjustment
• Initiate and implement annual marketing plan for the Hong Kong/ Macau market so as to align to global brand and business directions;

• Manage marketing functions including media, PR, events, and promotional activities.

• With Insight Of HK/Macau Consumers, And Media Landscape, Lead Agency For Overall Media Plan Development And On-going Monitoring And Adjustment

Buying Review

• Build Long Term Relationship With Journalists, Develop PR & Event Plans And Monitor Overall Performance In Terms Of

Overall PR strategy and plan efficiency;
PR Value ( DMR in WA, LG AND WI particularly );
Understand competition on a regular basis and adjust our approach if needed;

• Develop trade marketing plan together with retail and wholesale functions to enhance consumer store experience and product touch and feel, with aim of traffic generation;
• Work closely with Finance on A&P spending control and conduct quarterly review on A&P budget;
• Ensure that visibility guidelines are followed;
• Lead the team in terms of efficiency enhancement, individual career development plan and cross functional communication in HK/Macau;University degree in Marketing; MBA preferable

At least 6-8 years of solid experience in marketing functions, with strong leadership and consensus building skills; marketing planning and management experience; a proven track record in developing and managing marketing programs;

Relevant marketing experience with an international company; preferable with luxury product marketing experience.
