Job Description
To act as a point of the contact for all employees and managers of specified business unit/s
Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes
Manage roll-out of HR Projects cross-functionally

Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to enhance employee satisfaction
Supports roll-out of Performance Management across the business unit, addressing all queries effectively
Device ways of talent communication and talent engagement to ensure results as specified in the KPI

Desired Skills and Experience

At least 3 - 6 years of HR Generalist / Business Partner experience in Singapore
A management degree in Human Resources or in equivalent disciplines
Powerful communicator with a strong acumen for people management
Labor Law Knowledge Skills
