This multinational professional services company has a proud track record in Asia with operations in HK, Singapore and China. As a division of the APAC region, this hands-on role reports to the regional Chief Marketing Officer in Sydney.



Managing a China-based Communications Manager and Hong Kong-based Marketing Executive, you will develop and execute the Asia marketing plan. You will work across the marketing mix from project management, internal and external communications, graphic design, PR, market research and digital. The role is broadly split into four areas:
Manage a remote regional project team to develop Asia specific white papers that support brand positioning and customer intimacy goals as well as revenue objectives. This includes overseeing topic development and signoff, data collection and report content development.
Development of go-to-market strategy for whitepaper launches across media, digital, customer contact and staff engagement and communications.
Tactical support across each market to drive local customer communications initiatives. This would typically take the form of eDMs, events and collateral.
CRM management, by owning an ongoing project to improve customer data integrity.
While much of the framework and project plans are in place for 2014 the role will still require excellent project management skills, experience in both eDM and research management and preferably a background in service marketing. You will be hands on, with a high attention to detail, have an appreciation for deadlines and be able to work under pressure. You are commercial in driving campaign ROI and a strong leader and influencer in order to remotely manage virtual teams. Strong English skills are also important.
