Director - Client Solutions - CBRE Asia Pacific - Hong Kong
Job description
CBRE is looking for an experienced APAC Corporate Services professional to join the Hong Kong-based team incorporating the various disciplines to run/support this pivotal role. This will be a 6 month maternity cover contract.
A dynamic role, you would demonstrate the experience/ability to develop and implement the business development strategy for GCS across Asia Pacific encompassing competitive, market leading solutions; deliver proposals incl pricing & presentation; initiate and track sales & marketing initiatives across the region.
Responsibilities:
Central Strategy Development: development and implementation of business development strategy for GCS across APAC leverages regional sales channels including EMEA and the Americas.
Client Solutions: development of competitive, market leading outsourcing solutions for target clients.
Sales Coordination & Governance: coordination of sales activity through the sales process including qualification, discovery, proposal, pricing, presentation and negotiation.
Pipeline Management: effective Sales activity tracking across all sub-regions and internationally for all core service lines (TAP, FM, Project Management and Workplace and Consulting).
Regional and global reporting via global teams and Salesforce CRM system
Marketing strategy and business plan activities
Connect with global Knowledge Management counterparts to identify synergies for knowledge sharing and special projects.
Competitive Intelligence: developing and maintain a deep understanding of market trends in CBRE outsourcing and intelligence about key client targets and industry sectors.
Client Solutions Budget: control the ongoing tracking of all APAC CS spend across both bid and marketing activities
Desired Skills and Experience
• Educated to Degree / Masters level /professional qualifications necessary for successful job performance
• Proven track record in corporate services sector with strong pursuit management experience, as well as acumen in commercial and client management
• 8+ years experience in marketing management in a service related industry
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks across multiple projects at any one time, whilst remaining calm under pressure
• Demonstrate strong leadership & people skills and an entrepreneurial flair
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to influence stakeholders
• Ability to effectively manage existing partners
